Let's face it, everyone needs their every-day household trash and recycling disposed of in an environmentally conscious, reliable manner. This said, why should you pay more than you have to for the same dependable quality service?

That's where Roll-off Joe can help. We provide  96 Gallon containers for all residential trash and recycling pickups, which is the largest size offered in the industry.

All you need to do is place your containers at the curb with the opening facing the street (handle to the rear) in order to enable the truck to lift the container with the mechanical side-arm. This is very important, so please contact us if you have any questions on how the container needs to be positioned at the curb.

We understand that all family's have barbeques, family gatherings, parties, etc. and this can generate extra trash that may not fit in the container. Please call and notify us of any additional garbage, outside the container, so we do not leave it behind. We will not assume anything left outside the container is trash and it will not be picked up if we have not been notified in advance.

Additional trash should be an occasional situation and not expected weekly. As long as we are notified, once in a while is fine, but if it becomes a weekly occurrence, we will need to address it.

Trash and recycling pickups are once per week and we also include one household bulk item per month. See bulk item page to request a pickup.

If, for any reason, you need someone to pickup your containers in any location other than curbside, (the side, or rear of the house) we can do that too. Just call us to discuss your requirements and we'll come up with a program specifically for you. We're here to help!

F.A.Q.'s

Q: What type of trash can I put in the container?

A: The container is for household trash only. We cannot accept dirt, rocks, concrete, bricks, construction debris, mulch, grass, leaves, tree limbs, etc.

Q: When should I place the container at the street?

A: Have the container out the night before your scheduled pick up. Be sure to have the garbage bagged, not loose. When garbage is loose, it sticks to the bottom and remains in the container. Please Keep your containers clean.

Q: What happens if I forget to put my container at the street on my scheduled pickup date?

A: If you forgot to take out your trash and would like us to come back, there will be a turn around fee. Please email us a request to come back at rolloffjoe88@gmail.com
Please be sure to include your name on the account, and the address.

Q: When is my payment due and what happens if I miss a payment?

A: Payment is due on the 15th of each billing cycle. If a payment is missed and we have not been contacted to discuss your overdue payment, your service will be suspended until other arrangements have been made.

Q: What if my pickup date falls on a holiday?

A: we stick to the normal pick up schedule unless notified otherwise. We will send you an email notification if there are any changes to the schedule. We also keep our Facebook page up to date. The same process applies to weather-related issues.
