Dumpster Rental Service Agreement

All rentals are 7-day rentals and will automatically be picked up on the 7th day. if you are finished with the dumpster before the scheduled pickup date, please notify us, and we will make every effort to retrieve the dumpster sooner. however, it may take up to 72 hours after the schedule day for us to pick up the dumpster. This is not typical but can happen. If you wish to keep the dumpster longer than the 7 days, at least 48 hours’ notice is required, and there will be a charge for each additional day.

Unless specific arrangements have been made, your dumpster can arrive any time throughout your scheduled day.

The dumpster must be paid for in full upon scheduling.

We cannot process the following items:
Organic Waste (dirt, concrete, tree stumps, bricks, rocks, stones, sand, etc.)
Hazardous Waste (flammable liquids, paint, oil, gas, tires, automotive batteries, etc.)
Appliances (tv’s, air conditioners, electronics, refrigerator, etc.)

We are charged by weight, so any additional costs for exceeding the maximum tonnage will be charged back to you.

Do not overload the dumpster. The dumpster must not exceed "Water level".
If the dumpster has been over-loaded and items are placed over the top, we may not be able to pick up the dumpster. We cannot be held responsible for anything that falls out of the dumpster and causes damage. If we are unable to pick up a dumpster that has been over-loaded, there will be a $150 turn-around charge for coming back.

If the delivery location is not accessible when we arrive to drop off the dumpster, or, if the dumpster is blocked on the scheduled pickup day, and we cannot remove the dumpster, there will be a $150 turn-around charge for coming back.

There is a 48-hour cancellation fee for any dumpster that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

A bounced check fee will be applied if a check used for payment has insufficient funds to clear the bank.

All credit-card transactions have a 3.5% convenience fee.

We cannot be held responsible for severe weather conditions and may not be able to pick up or deliver your dumpster if such conditions exist.

If the drop-off location contains any ice and/or snow, we cannot be held responsible for not delivering the dumpster.

Rolloff Joe is not responsible for damage caused by the customer's negligence during the drop-off, filling period, or pick-up of the container.

Exceeding the fill-height recommendation can quickly add thousands of pounds of weight, which puts a strain on your driveway. Picking up the dumpster is also a process that can cause damage if the dumpster is exceedingly overweight. Should the container cause damage to asphalt or concrete driveways, during loading and/or unloading, Rolloff Joe is only responsible if this was due to our negligence.
