Bulk Trash pickup

Residential Curbside customers are also eligible for Bulk Trash Pickup of one household bulk item per month.
*If you do not use your one household bulk item in a given month, it does not roll over to the following month.

Please use the form at the bottom of this page to submit a request for your Bulk Trash pickup. All of the form fields are required, including a picture of the bulk item uploaded with the form. Please allow us 2-3 business days to get back to you with a scheduled date for the bulk item to be picked up.

***BULK ITEM REQUEST IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

We allow one household bulk item per month. Some examples are– a chair, table, night stand, dresser, sofa, mattress (mattress must be wrapped) an ottoman, or a box spring.

This is ONE item per month – not multiple small items– and the pickup must be scheduled with us.

All bulk item requests can only be submitted on the first Thursday of the month. This is necessary so we can properly schedule and coordinate the bulk item pick up schedule.

Bulk pickups require us to send one of our large "special" trucks and due to the excessive fuel costs, we can only deploy this truck one day per month.

If your bulk item request is not submitted on the first Thursday of the month, you will forfeit your bulk item request for that month, and will need to wait until the first Thursday of the following month to submit the request for pick up.

No requests will be reviewed or accepted on any other day, except the first Thursday of each month.

By law, we cannot pick up any of the following items. Please contact your local DPW department to find out how to properly dispose of these items.

  • Construction debris – tiles, sheetrock, carpeting, wood, plywood, concrete, toilets, sinks etc.
  • Electronics – tvs, air conditioners, computers, etc.
  • Appliances – stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators etc.
  • Automotive - tires, batteries, paint, or anything flammable, or containing flammable material.
  • Anything with a small engine - lawn mower,s power washers, generatosr, etc.
  • Organic waste – old wood, trees, grass clippings, dirt, rocks, stone, leaves etc.

If we see any of the above in your weekly garbage container, we will not be able to pick up your trash until is is removed.
